Introduction to Electric Globe Valve
Electric Globe valve, also called electric stop valve, is a widely used valve. It is different from electric ball valve. The friction between the sealing surfaces is small during the opening and closing process, it is more durable, the opening height is not large, it is easy to manufacture and maintain, and it is suitable for both medium and low pressure and high pressure. The valve stem is rotated by electric thrust to make the valve disc sealing surface fit tightly with the valve seat sealing surface to prevent the flow of medium. The stress of the electric stop valve should be stable when opening and closing, and it should not be impacted. Some components of high-pressure stop valves that are opened and closed by impact have taken into account this impact force and cannot be equivalent to general stop valves. When the pipeline is first used, there is a lot of internal dirt. The stop valve can be slightly opened, and the high-speed flow of the medium can be used to flush it away, and then it can be gently closed and opened again. Repeat this many times before it is put into normal operation.
Structural features

3. The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided, and has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance;
4. The inverted seal is made of threaded connection seal or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel, which is reliable in sealing, and the packing can be replaced conveniently and quickly without stopping the machine and affecting the system operation.
